Has spaghetti strap shoulder ties but I think you can tuck them in if you want to wear strapless.
This is a size small but I’m a size 6/8 and it fits me ok! This may fit a 4/6 a bit better or a bust just a little smaller.
I’m about a 36C bust and it’s not a bad fit.
It’s a total of 50” long from the top of the bust line to bottom hem- measure from your armpit basically.
Although I am a smoke free home, I do have cats.
