I would say this is pretty true to size for size small/4 and smaller 6. Check measurements!
Measures apx 34” long from shoulder to bottom hem
Bust is apx 15.5” laying flat
Waist is apx 14” laying flat
Stretchy! This definitely has some give, even the lined layer
Lightly lined
